They just keep falling into my lap!

So when I was at Barnes and Noble, I intended to find me a journal for using it for a BoS of sorts but didn't find one. However, I took a moment to look at the tarot and oracle decks they had on hand. They don't have many and most are angel or heaven based ones which are def. not the oes I am into. So what was interesting is that earlier in the day I was creating new spreads to post to my Etsy shop and one is an animal totem one but using another deck I already have. So I saw the Animal Messages oracle deck and was like, synchronicity! So I got it! I have to say the art doesn't really call to me but the messages do and really that is more important to me.

So on another note, we got a package in the mail when we were in the car on our way to our parking space, and he, my husband, put it behind his seat instead of in my lap, so I basically pointed out that was weird and he just blew me off. LOL so basically this tells me he ordered something for me and being I gave him my wish list of decks, most likely it is that! I am pretty stoked, I hope it was one of the top 5 I have listed like the Book of Shadows tarot decks.

Shopping haul for xmas!

Trying out my new deck

So I was trying out my Shadowscapes deck I got from Kimi (AutumnMoonStar), last night by doing a personal reading for myself. The imagery doesn't pull out my intuition as of yet and it will be some time before I use it with other people. I am not quite comfortable with them yet. That being said, the reading I did, was quite insightful. I read the meanings the book that came with it gave and it had some very clear meanings (in my opinion) even with the minor arcana and the reading made a lot of sense. So that is my status with that deck so far! 

Do you have any ideas you want to share on how you get comfortable with your decks?

I am pretty excited!

I sold my first 2 tarot readings on Etsy! I finished the first one and she loved it and am about to work on the second.
It is so thrilling to do something I am passionate about. I even spoke about selling readings to my parents and sister and they were kind of surprised because they I assume, didn't know I was into that stuff.
My dad and mom are pagan and my sister, she is very earthy herself so they all are open minded about that stuff.
